How to enable a note

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to enable any previously disabled note.

Requirements

• A disabled note. For more information, access the document on How to disable a note.

Enable a note

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In the side menu, select Notes.
3. Locate the Enabled filter and select No.
4. Click Filter.
5. From the list, locate the note you want to enable.
6. In the Action column, next to the magnifying glass icon, click the three vertical dots icon.
7. Select Enable.
8. Click Yes to confirm.

The platform will display the confirmation notice: "Note enabled successfully".

After enabling it, the note will once again appear in the report on the Note homepage and on the MySafe homepage.
