In this document, you'll find all the information about the Dashboards screen of the Task Manager module, which displays dashboards related to tasks executed in the module.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Task Manager.
- In the side menu, select Dashboards
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Date filter | Located in the-upper right corner of the screen, it opens a dropdown window with options to filter tasks executed by date. The Select dates option opens two calendars for you to select a start and end period for filtering. Other available options include Today, Last 24 hours, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, and Last year. The OK button confirms the selection and the Cancel button cancels it. The filter icon performs the filtering. |
| Executions with Success x Errors | Pie chart that displays the success rate of executions compared to those that failed. |
| Executions by Environment | Pie chart that displays the number of executions performed in each environment. |
| Punctual Executions x Scheduled Executions | Pie chart that displays the number of punctual executions compared to scheduled ones. |
| Executions by Systems | Pie chart that displays the number of executions performed in each system. |
| Most used tasks | Table that displays a ranking of the most used tasks. |
| Most accessed servers | Table that displays a ranking of the most accessed servers. |
