Search fields

ItemDescription
UserFilters the username.
UsernameFilters the username on the workstation.
DepartmentFilter username on the workstation.
WorkstationFilters the workstation name.
DomainFilters the workstation's Domain name.
S.OFilters the user's Operating System version.
ExpirationFilters the initial expiration date of the user's use authorization.
untilFilter the final expiration date, expiration of the user's use authorization.
IncludeFilter by date of initial inclusion of the user's use authorization.
untilFilter the final date inclusion of the user's use authorization.
AuthorizationFilter by the initial date of user’s authorization.
untilFilter by the final date of the user’s authorization.
DisablingFilter by date initial the inactivation of the user's use authorization.
untilFilters inactivation end date of the user's use authorization.
StatusFilter by one of these three statues: Revoked: when the administrator has disabled the user from installing or using GO Endpoint Manager for Windows. Pending: when the administrator hasn’t yet approved or declined the new installation. Active: when the administrator has authorized the user to install and use GO Endpoint Manager for Windows.
FilterButton to run the configured filtering process.
ClearButton to clear filled fields and start a new search.

The results are displayed in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents some information that isn’t included in the search fields:

  • Code: displays the identification code in the user report.
