How to cancel access for a internal or thirdy-party users

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to revoke access for complete users, whether they are internal or third-party, in Domum.

Cancel Access for Users

Follow the steps below to cancel an existing access:

  1. In senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click on the Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Domum.

  2. In the side menu, navigate to Request Access > Third Parties or Request Access > Internal Users.

  3. Locate the access you want to cancel in the report. You can use the available filters to refine your search by user or specific access.

  4. Review the access details to ensure you are canceling the correct access.

    Caution

    Canceling access will immediately revoke the user's ability to log in to Domum. Make sure this is the intended action before confirming.

  5. Click on the action menu corresponding to the access entry you wish to cancel and select Cancel Access.

  6. Click Yes to confirm.

The access for the selected user will be canceled immediately, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
