How to edit an API secret

This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to edit an API secret already registered.

Requirements

Have an API secret previously added. For more information on how to add API secrets, read How to add an API secret.

Edit an API secret

1. On the senhasegura platform, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares, and select MySafe.

2. On the side menu, select API secrets.

3. On the list, locate the API secret you want to edit.

4. In the Action column, click the icon identified by the three vertical dots of the selected item to open the drop-down menu.

5. Select Edit and make the necessary changes.

   In the editing window, click the eye icon to access details regarding the creator and the creation date of the API secret, as well as information about who made the last change and when it was made.

6. Click the Save button.

Once you've finished, you'll see the confirmation message “API key updated”.
To share the updated API secret in the notification box, click the Share this API secret button.
