In addition to individual file enabling, MySafe offers batch-enabling, allowing you to activate multiple files in a single process. This guide will walk you through it step by step.
Requirements
- A disabled file. For more information, access the document on How to disable a file.
Batch-enable files
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select Files.
- Locate the Enabled field and select No.
- Click Filter.
- From the list, located the files you want to enable.
- Note that disabled files are displayed in red.
- Check the boxes next to the files you wish to enable.
- In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Enable.
- Click Yes to confirm.
Wait for the process to complete. You’ll receive a confirmation notice.
The files you've enabled can be accessed from both the Home and the Files pages. To view them, set the Enabled field to Yesand then click Filter.
Once activated, you can perform actions such as downloading, sharing, editing, accessing the version history, and disabling the files.
