This article provides a step-by-step guide for enabling any previously deactivated file.
Requirements
- A disabled file . For more information, access How to disable a file.
Enable a file
- On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select Files.
- Locate the Enabled filter, and select No.
- Click Filter.
- From the list, locate the file you want to enable.
- In the Action column, next to the magnifying glass, click the three vertical dots icon.
- Select Enable.
- Choose Yes in the confirmation box.
The confirmation notice: "File enabled successfully" will be displayed.
After enabling, the file appears again in the report on the File homepage and the MySafe homepage.
