How to enable a file

This article provides a step-by-step guide for enabling any previously deactivated file.

Requirements

• A disabled file . For more information, access How to disable a file.

Enable a file

1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In the side menu, select Files.
3. Locate the Enabled filter, and select No.
4. Click Filter.
5. From the list, locate the file you want to enable.
6. In the Action column, next to the magnifying glass, click the three vertical dots icon.
7. Select Enable.
8. Choose Yes in the confirmation box.

The confirmation notice: "File enabled successfully" will be displayed.

After enabling, the file appears again in the report on the File homepage and the MySafe homepage.
