Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Files.

Top bar

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report.
Add fileRepresented by the plus sign, it opens the Add file screen.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen.

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDField that filters files by their unique identification code.
FileField that filters files by their name.
TagsField that filters files by associated keywords.
SharedField that filters files by their sharing status. The available options are Yes and No. Click Clear to enable the All option.
OwnerField that filters files by the name of the user who registered it.
Last useField that filters files by the period during which the file was downloaded. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the start date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
untilField that filters files by the period during which the file was downloaded. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the end date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
EnabledField that filters files by their activation status. The available options are Yes and No. Click Clear to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • Checkbox: used for batch actions.
  • ID.
  • File.
  • Size: size of the file in B, KB, or MB.
  • Tags.
  • Shared.
  • Owner.
  • Last use.
  • Enabled.
  • Acton: in this column, you’ll find the following options:
    • Details: represented by the magnifying glass icon, it opens the File details screen with all information about the file.
    • Three vertical dots icon: opens a drop-down menu with the options Share, Edit, Disable, and Information history.
Info

The report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

Bottom buttons

  • Enable: button used for batch activation.
  • Disable: button used for batch deactivation.
  • Share: button used for batch sharing.

File details screen

In this section, you’ll find all the information about the File details screen.

ItemDescription
NameName assigned to the file.
OwnerThe user who registered the file.
Last useThe date and time when the file was last used.
TagsKeywords associated with the file.
NotesObservations about the file.
DownloadRepresented by the download icon, it opens the Confirmation pop-up window with the Yes and No options for downloading the file.

Users with access to information section

ItemDescrição
MemberName of the MySafe user with access to the file.
Can view?Indicates viewing permission for the file details. By default, whenever a file is shared, this column is marked with Yes.
Can edit?Indicates editing permission for the file details. The available options are Yes and No.

Add/Edit file screen

In this section, you’ll find all the information about the Add file and Edit file screens, which have the same fields.

ItemDescription
Add file*Box for uploading the file with options to drag and drop the file into the indicated area or to click the Upload file button to search for the item on your computer.
Maximum size: 500 MB
TagsKeywords associated with the file.
NotesObservations about the file.
Eye iconPresent only on the Edit file screen, an icon that shows information about who added the file and when, as well as who made the last change and when.

File history information screen

In this section, you’ll find all the information about the screen where you can view the version histories of a file.

Search fields

ItemDescription
FileField that filters files by their name.
AuthorField that filters files by the user who made a change.
VersionField that filters files by their version change.
History dateField that filters files by the period during which the change was made. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the start date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
untilField that filters files by the period during which the change was made. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the end date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.

Report fields

  • File.
  • Size: size of the file in B, KB, or MB.
  • Author.
  • Version.
  • History date.
  • Action: in this column, you access
    • View file: represented by the magnifying glass icon, it opens the File details screen.
