Welcome to the MySafe homepage
MySafe's welcome page presents four centralized shortcuts to its primary functions upon your first access. Clicking on them will direct you to the corresponding screens:
Below the shortcuts, you'll find the link Need help? which takes you to the documentation platform.
After the first access
After the first item is added, you can access the main functions by clicking the drop-down menu + Add Password located in the upper-right corner of the screen, which also presents the options Add file, Add note, and Add API secret.
In the center, you’ll find cards for the most frequently used items, and at the bottom of the screen is the search bar, Search for an item, for password, file name, note name, API secrets, tags, URL, or owner.
Password card
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Password name located at the top of the card. |
| Drop-down menu | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, opens a drop-down menu with the options Open URL, Copy username, Copy token, Share, Edit, and Disable. |
| Username | Represented by the person icon, displays the credential's username. |
| Owner | Personal name of the user who registered the password. |
| Tags | Keywords associated with the password at the time of registration. |
| Copy password | Button that copies the password to the user's clipboard. |
| Shared | If the password has been shared with another internal or external user, the word Shared is visible in the lower-left corner of the card. |
Note card
| Item | Description |

| Name | Note name located at the top of the card. |
| Drop-down menu | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, opens a drop-down menu with the options Share, Edit, and Disable. |
| Owner | Personal name of the user who registered the note. |
| Tags | Keywords associated with the note at the time of registration. |
| View | Button that opens the Protected information window with the note content. |
| Shared | If the note has been shared with another internal or external user, the word Shared is visible in the lower-left corner of the card. |
File card
| Item | Description |

API secret card

| View API secret | Button that opens the Protected information window with the Client secret. |
| Shared | If the API secret has been shared with another internal or external user, the word Shared is visible in the lower-left corner of the card. |
