How to enable a private group

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate a private group on MySafe.

Requirements

• A disabled private group. For more information, access How to disable a private group.

Enable a group

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In the side menu, select Access control > Private groups.
3. On the Private groups screen, locate the Enable filter among the search fields, and select No.
4. Click Filter.
5. From the list, locate the group you want to enable.
6. In the Action column, click on Edit private group, represented by the pencil and paper icon.
7. On the Private groups screen, click Settings.
8. In the Settings tab, locate the Status* field.
9. Check Enable.
10. Click Save.

Once you’ve finished, the activated private group will be available for item sharing and will be displayed in the report on the Private groups’ homepage.
