Notifications

In this document, you'll find all the information about the Notifications report, which displays information about senhasegura notifications.

Access path

In senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares icon, and select Settings.
In the side menu, select Notifications > Settings.

Item	Description
Show filters	Represented by the magnifying glass icon, displays or hides the search fields present on the screen.
Refresh	Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, refreshes the page.
Show actions	Represented by the three vertical dots icon, displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for the page.
New notification	Represented by the plus icon, opens the New notification screen.
Print report	Represented by the printer icon, opens a new page to print the report.
Export CSV	Represented by the paper sheet icon, downloads the report.
Schedule report	Represented by the clock icon, opens the Schedule report form.

Item	Description
Name	Filters according to the notification name.
Added on	Filters according to the date the notification was added to senhasegura. Opens a calendar to choose a date. This will be the start date of the filter interval.
until	Opens a calendar to choose a date. This will be the end date of the filter interval.
Added by	Filters according to the user who added the notification.
Enabled	Drop-down menu. Filters according to the notification status in senhasegura. Can be Yes or No.

ID: registration code of the notification in senhasegura.
Name.
Changed in: date of notification modification. It is displayed in the format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM.
Changed by: displays the name of the user who last modified the notification.
Added on: date when the notification was added to senhasegura. It is displayed in the format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM.
Added by.
Enabled.
In the Action column, you have two options:
- Edit: represented by the pencil and paper icon, opens the Register notification window in edit mode.
- Disable setting: accessible through the three vertical dots icon, deactivates a configuration, if it’s active.
- Activate configuration: accessible through the three vertical dots icon, activates a configuration, if it’s inactive.

Info

The report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

Item	Description
Notification name	Text field for registering the notification name.
Notification selection box	Selection box for the delivery method (more than one option can be selected) of the notification.
Send notifications only to contacts who have access to credentials or devices	Selection box. Select to receive notifications only for credentials/devices in the user's access group.

Notifications +	Opens the Notifications modal.
Code	Notification code in senhasegura.
Name	Name of the notification type as registered in senhasegura.
Category	Notification category.
Added on	Date the notification was added.
Added by	User who added the notification.

ID	Notification code in senhasegura.
Name	Name of the notification type as registered in senhasegura.
Category	Notification category.

Item	Description
Contacts +	Opens the Contacts modal.
ID	User code in senhasegura.
Name	User name as registered in senhasegura.
Username	Contact's username.
E-mail	User's email address.
Department	Department to which the user is linked.
Added on	Date the user was added to the notification.
Added by	Name of the user who added them to the notification.
