In this article, you’ll find all the information about the report screen Remote access history, where information about the sessions accessed by users is found.

Path to access

  1. At senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select PCI > Remote Sessions.

Home page icons

Item Description
Show filters Identified by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
Update Identified by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it updates the page.
View actions Identified by the three vertical dots icon, it displays the possible actions for the page.
Print report Identified by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV Identified by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule report Identified by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.
Info

The icon of the question mark present on the pages, when clicked, redirects you to the keyword search or the documentation page.

Search Fields

Item Description
ID Identification number of the access.
User Name of the user who accessed the session.
Credential Credential used in the session.
Device IP address of the accessed device.
Session ID Alphanumeric identification code for the accessed session.
Justification The justification provided by the user for accessing the session.
Protocol Type of protocol used in the session.
Operation Type of operation performed in the session. Options are: Database Proxy, RDP Proxy,senhasegura .go, SSH Tunneling, Terminal Proxy, and Web Proxy.
Access period Start date for searching access records.
until End date for searching access records.
Filter Button to perform the search according to the chosen filters.
Clean Button to clean the filters.

Report fields

  • ID
  • User
  • Credential
  • Device
  • Session ID
  • Justification
  • Start: date and time of the start of the session.
  • End: date and time of the end of the session.
  • Duration: the period that the session lasted.
  • Protocol
  • Origin: the session's origin access type.
Info

The report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click on the next button at the end of the report.
