Path to access

  1. At senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select PCI > Remote Sessions.

Home page icons

ItemDescription
Show filtersIdentified by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateIdentified by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it updates the page.
View actionsIdentified by the three vertical dots icon, it displays the possible actions for the page.
Print reportIdentified by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVIdentified by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportIdentified by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

The icon of the question mark present on the pages, when clicked, redirects you to the keyword search or the documentation page.

Search Fields

ItemDescription
IDIdentification number of the access.
UserName of the user who accessed the session.
CredentialCredential used in the session.
DeviceIP address of the accessed device.
Session IDAlphanumeric identification code for the accessed session.
JustificationThe justification provided by the user for accessing the session.
ProtocolType of protocol used in the session.
OperationType of operation performed in the session. Options are: Database Proxy, RDP Proxy,senhasegura .go, SSH Tunneling, Terminal Proxy, and Web Proxy.
Access periodStart date for searching access records.
untilEnd date for searching access records.
FilterButton to perform the search according to the chosen filters.
CleanButton to clean the filters.

Report fields

  • ID
  • User
  • Credential
  • Device
  • Session ID
  • Justification
  • Start: date and time of the start of the session.
  • End: date and time of the end of the session.
  • Duration: the period that the session lasted.
  • Protocol
  • Origin: the session's origin access type.
Info

The report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click on the next button at the end of the report.
