Sent notifications

You'll find all the information about the Sent notifications report in this document.

Path to access

On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Settings.
In the side menu, select Notifications > List sent.

Item	Description
Show filters	Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
Update	Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actions	Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it shows all the possible actions for the report.
Print report	Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV	Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule report	Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Scheduling reports form.

Item	Description
ID	Notification code.
Sent date	Date the notification is sent. Opens a calendar to choose a start date for the sending filter.
until	Date the notification stops being sent. Opens a calendar to choose an end date for the sending filter.
Notifier	Dropdown menu with the types of notifications available on senhasegura. The options are E-mail, SMS, and Screen.

Category	Dropdown menu with notification category options.
Title	Text field. Fill in the title of the notification you want to filter.
Message	Text field. Fill in the body of the message you want to filter.

ID.
Sent date.
Notifier.
Notification type.
Category.
Title.
Message.
Notified Users: displays the number of users who have received the notification message.
You can view the message sent in the Action column by clicking View submissions, represented by the magnifying glass icon.

The report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the next button at the end of the report.

You are taken to the Notification send window by clicking View submissions, which contains the following fields.

Item	Description
