In this document, you'll find all the information about the Users by task screen of the Task Manager module, which displays a report with all users and their corresponding tasks.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Task Manager.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Users by task.
Top bar
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
| Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
| View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report. |
| Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
| Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
| Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen. |
Search fields
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Task | Field that filters users by the name of the task they registered. |
| Environment | Field that filters users by the environment in which the task was registered. The downward arrow displays a list of all the available environments. Clear the filter to enable the All option. |
| System | Field that filters users by the system in which the task was registered. The downward arrow displays a list of all the available environments. Clear the filter to enable the All option. |
| Tags | Field that filters users by the keywords associated with the task. |
| User | Field that filters users by their name. |
| Access group | Field that filters users by the access group in which they’re registered. |
| It requires justification? | Field that filters users by the need for a reason when making a request. This configuration is established by the task’s access group. Available options are Yes and No. Clear the filter to enable the All option. |
| It requires approval? | Field that filters users by the need for approval when making a request. This configuration is established by the task’s access group. Available options are Yes and No. Clear the filter to enable the All option. |

The report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.
