In this document, you'll find all the information about the Departments report, which displays information about the departments registered in senhasegura.
Access path
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select User Management > Departments.

Represented by the clock icon. Opens the window to schedule the report. |
Search fields

Text field. Filters according to the department name in senhasegura. |

Text field. Filters according to the name of the user responsible for the department. |

Drop-down menu. Filters according to the department status in senhasegura. Can be Yes or No. |
Report fields
- ID: code of the department registered in senhasegura
- Name.
- Responsible.
- Enabled.
- In the Action column, you have two options:
- Edit: represented by the pencil and paper icon, opens the Department window in edit mode.
- Delete: represented by the trash can icon, deactivates the department.
Department Window
When clicking on New or Edit, you will be directed to the Department window.
