This document provides information about the Executions report screen, which displays detailed information about each execution of a discovery. This report details aspects such as discovered and saved certificates, execution dates, and domains.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Domain discovery.
- In the actions column, click View executions.
Actions menu

Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters the discovery by the ID. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the discovery by the status. The options are: Scheduled, Processing, Completed and Error. |
| Scheduled at | Date picker | Filters the discovery by the execution schedule date. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Search name: The identification name for the discovery.
- Status.
- Domains: The specific domains targeted by the discovery.
- Certificates found: Total amount of certificates found by the discovery.
- Certificates saved: Total amount of new certificates found and saved by the discovery.
- Scheduled at.
- Started at: The date and time for when the discovery began.
- Finished at: The date and time for when the discovery finished.
- Actions:
- View details: opens the Execution details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Execution details screen
This screen provides mainly the longs for each execution of the discovery.

| Search name | The identification name for the discovery. |
| Status | The current state of the discovery. |
| Scheduled at | The date and time the discovery is set to run. |
| Started at | The date and time for when the discovery began. |
| Finished at | The date and time for when the discovery finished. |
| Certificates found | Total amount of certificates found by the discovery. |
| Certificates saved | Total amount of new certificates found and saved by the discovery. |
| Searched domains | The specific domains targeted by the discovery. |
| Logs | Logs generated by the discovery. |
