# How to access Domum as an internal user

This document provides information about how remote internal users can access Segura® through **Domum Remote Access**.

## Prerequisites

- Valid Segura® login and password.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method configured by the administrator.

## Access Domum as an internal user

1. Open Domum´s access email.
2. Click **Access now** or copy and paste the temporary link into your browser. Segura® **Domum Remote Access**'s initial page will appear.
3. Inform your Segura® login and password, as you usually do in the internal company's network.
4. Use the MFA authentication.
5. Click **Log in.**

You now have access to the Segura® platform. You can access the functionalities tailored to your specific permissions and access groups by exploring the organizational environment.
