This document presents the roles available for the DevOps Secret Manager and describes their access scope, permissions, and applicability.
DSM - Audit User
The DSM - Audit User role was created for users who need to monitor audit information in the DevOps Secret Manager, with read-only access and no administrative permissions to make changes.
Applicability
Use this role for:
- Internal auditors.
- Users responsible for compliance.
- Users who need to monitor audit trails and reports without administering the module.
Access scope
The DSM - Audit User role grants read-only access to the audit menus and submenus of the DevOps Secret Manager. This role also includes the permissions required to view DevOps Secret Manager API logs and export audit reports.
DSM Administrator
The DSM Administrator role is intended for users responsible for the operational administration of the DevOps Secret Manager.
Applicability
Use this role for:
- Users responsible for the configuration and operational management of the DevOps Secret Manager.
Access scope
This role grants administrative access to the DevOps Secret Manager, allowing users to operate and manage all module resources.
