Certificate discovery

This document provides information about the report screen Certificate discovery in the Audit menu, which displays information about all certificates found via discovery on Certificate Manager.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Audit > Certificate discovery.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Common name Text field Filters the certificates by their common name.
Issuer Text field Filters the certificates by the certificate authority that issued the certificate.
Date of acquisition Time picker Filters the certificates by the acquisition date via discovery.
Discovery Dropdown menu Filter the certificates by the device where the discovery was performed.
Status Dropdown menu Filter the certificates by their status. The options are: Active or Inactive.

Report fields

  • ID: discovery’s ID code.
  • Device: device linked to the certificate.
  • Common name.
  • Organization: certificate’s organization.
  • Issuer.
  • Valid until: expiration date of the certificate.
  • Port/Path: port or path where the discovery was performed.
  • Status.
  • Scan used: scan used to perform the discovery.
  • Date of acquisition.
  • Discovery.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Publishing Details screen

This screen displays information about the certificate publication:

Equipment data for publication

Item Type Required Description
IP / hostname access Text field No IP or hostname access where the certificate was published.
Port / Access path Text field No Port or access path where the certificate was published.
Service Text field No Scan used to publish the certificate.
Site name Text field No Site name of the certificate.
