This document provides information on how to download the digital certificate and key.
Requirements
- A user in an access policy with the following download settings:
- User can download certificate
- User can download the key

Download the certificate and key
To download the information, see the following steps:
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
- In the desired certificate, click Actions > Certificate information.
- In the bottom of the Details of certificate information screen, click Download key and Certificate download. Both buttons will prompt a confirmation message.
- Click Yes to confirm the download.

- On the same page, the Send by email button allows you to add registered users to receive the certificate by email.
- These are the formats that Segura® makes available for download or to be send by email:
.cer,.der,.p7b,.p7x,.pem,.crt,.p12, and.pfx. - Also check the How to retrieve the certificate passwords.
