This document provides details about the Edit screen, which allows modifying certificate information and managing its associations with environments, systems, users, and alerts.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
  3. In the selected record, click in Actions button, and select Edit.

General tab

This tab provides information about the certificate, such as the project, requester, and tags.

Item Type Required Description
Project Text field No Enter the name of the certificate project.
Responsible for request Dropdown menu No Select the accountable user for the request. It must be a registered user.
Tags Text field No Enter tags for the certificate.

Description tab

This tab provides information about the text field to describe the certificate request.

Item Type Required Description
Description Text field No Enter a description of the request.

Environment tab

This tab provides information about linking and viewing the environments associated with the certificate.

Item Type Required Description
Environment Text field No Search for the environments in the list of included environments.
Add / Remove selected Button No Add or remove the selected environments.
Environment table Table No Displays the environments where the certificate is applied.

System tab

This tab provides information about linking and viewing the systems where the certificate is used.

Item Type Required Description
System Text field No Search for the systems in the list of included systems.
Add / Remove selected Button No Add or remove the selected systems.
System table Table No Displays the systems where the certificate is applied.

Access control tab

This tab provides information about which users have access to the certificate and defines their permissions.

Allowed users section

Item Type Required Description
Users Text field No Search for the users in the list of included users.
Add / Remove selected Button No Add or remove the selected users.
Users table Table No Displays the user’s data. The fields are: ID, Name, Allow key download, Allow certificate download, Allow view password, and Expiration date.
Expiration date Date picker No Select the expiration date of the user's permissions.

Notifications tab

This tab provides information about alert settings for the certificate’s expiration.

Item Type Required Description
Certificate expiration alert Text field No This field allows setting or displaying an alert for certificate expiration. It's possible to specify the alert time, such as today, 1 day, 7 days, or other custom intervals, to notify users in advance of the certificate's expiration.

Review tab

Use the Review tab to check all the information entered in the previous tabs.
