This document provides information about the Recommendations report screen. This report centralizes all the security recommendations analyzed for the identities registered within your Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
Path to access
- Access Cloud Security.
- Access the Cloud Entitlements product.
- In the Cloud Entitlements menu, click Recommendations.
On the top right, four pie charts offer a visual summary of criticality levels for your CSPs:
- Orange chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as High criticality.
- Yellow chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as Medium criticality.
- Green chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as Low criticality.
- Purple chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as Info criticality.
Hover over the chart segments to view the distribution of recommendations per CSP provider.
Within the report, you'll find the following information for each recommendation:

| CSP icon | Recommendation’s cloud service provider. |
| Environment | Recommendation’s environment. |
| Principal | User’s ID. |
| Type | User’s type. The options are: Users, Groups, and Roles. |
| Recommendation | Security criterion upon which the recommendation is found. |
| Criticality | Criticality level of the recommendation. The options are: High, Medium, Low, and Info. |
| Status | Recommendation’s status. The options are: Opened and Solved. |
| Detected at | Date and time when the recommendation was detected. |
Use the search bar at the top of the report to locate specific recommendations. Next to the search bar, you'll find filters that allow you to filter the report based on the following table:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Provider | Filters the recommendations by their provider. The options are: AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle. |
| Environment | Filters the recommendations by the environment. The options vary according to the environments of the users registered in the tenant. |
| Criticality | Filters the recommendations by their criticality. The options are: High, Medium, Low, and Info. |
| Status | Filters the recommendations by their status. The options are: Open and Solved. |
You also have buttons export the report as a .csv file, and to show or hide columns.
