How to use the batch import file

senhasegura offers you the possibility of performing a batch import of Active Directory (AD) groups.

Download the template file

To perform the batch import process, you must first download the template file. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
2. In the side menu, select Provisioning > Active directory > Batch import.
3. In the Batch Import report click the Import button.
4. In the Batch Import screen, click Template File to download the batch import template file. This file is in .xlsx format.

Fill in the template file with the records you want to import and save it.

Upload the template file

1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
2. In the side menu, select Provisioning > Active directory > Batch import.
3. In the Batch Import report click the Import button.
4. In the Batch Import screen, click on the Drag and Drop field (or drag and drop the file to this field) to upload the file.
5. Click Import data.

Check for import errors

The record of the batch import process will be available in the Batch import report, where you can monitor progress and check for possible errors until the process is complete.
