This document provides information about the All Access requests report screen, which displays the requests from all senhasegura users, regardless of their status.

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control > All Access requests.

Search fields

ItemTypeDescription
IDText fieldFilters requests by its identification code within senhasegura.
RequesterText fieldFilters the requests by the name of the user who requested the access.
OperationText fieldFilters the requests by the type of operation.
GroupText fieldFilters the requests by the group to which the user belongs.
StatusDropdown menuFilter the requests by request type. The options are Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Expired. Use the text field to enter the desired information. Clear the field to enable the All option.
DeviceText fieldFilters the requests by the device where the access is requested.
ReasonDropdown menuFilters the requests by the reason why the user needs the access. The options are according to the reasons registered in senhasegura.
Emergency accessDropdown menuFilters the requests by identifying whether the access was an emergency access case or not. The options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Governance IDText fieldFilters the requests by the software identification code ITSM (IT Service Management).
JustificationText fieldFilters the requests by the access justification given by the user.
Request dateText fieldFilters the requests by the date and time that the request was made.
ExpiredDropdown menuFilters the requests by the expiration status of the request. The options are Yes and No.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Group.
  • Operation.
  • Requester.
  • Request date.
  • Expiration: date and time until which access will be possible.
  • Status.
  • Justification.
  • Reason.
  • Emergency Access.
  • Governance ID.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
