This document provides information about the My session video approvals report screen, which details the requests made to access the video of a session that requires approval.
Access path
- On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Session record requests > My session video approvals.
Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |

Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV and Schedule report. |
Search Fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their identification code within senhasegura. |
Operation | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their operation. |
Access group | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their access group. |
Requester | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their requester’s user name. |
Request date | Date picker | Filters the solicitation by the period in which they were made. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the solicitation by their activation state. The options are Pending, Approved, Rejected and Expired. Clear the field to enable the option All. |
Governance | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their governance code. |
Reason | Text field | Filters the solicitation by their reason. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Operation.
- Access group.
- Requester.
- Requested on.
- Status.
- Expiration.
- Governance.
- Reason.
- Actions:
- Approve: approves the request.
- Reject: reproves the request.
- Details: opens the Request details screen. On this screen, you can also approve or disapprove the request. Click the action button Approve request or Disapprove request, to perform the chosen action.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
