This document provides information about the Departments report screen, which displays details about user departments.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select User management > Departments.
Search Fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
New | Button | Directs to the Department screen to create a new department. |
Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report. |

To view all search fields, click More.
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Name | Text field | Filters departments by their name within senhasegura. |
Responsible | Text field | Filters by the name of the user responsible for the department. |
Enabled | Dropdown menu | Filters departments by their activation state in senhasegura. |
Report fields
- ID: the department identification code within senhasegura.
- Name.
- Responsible.
- Enabled.
- Actions:
- Edit: opens the Department screen in edit mode.
- Delete: disables the department.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Department screen
This section provides information about the Departments screen.
Item | Type | Required | Description |
---|---|---|---|
Name | Text field | Yes | Department name. |
Status | Radio button | Yes | Department status. The options are Enable and Disable. |
Responsible | Dropdown menu | No | Selects the user responsible for the department. Note: the assignee can be added as an approver in the user groups. |
