This document provides information about the Applications report, which lists installed and used applications on Windows devices managed by the product. The report helps analyze software usage, supporting licensing control and security actions.

Path to access

  1. On the Segura® Platform, on the navigation bar, hover over the Products Menu and select EPM.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Windows > Applications.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Hostname Text field Filters applications by device hostname.
Application name Text field Filters applications by name.
Version Text field Filters applications by version.
Status Dropdown menu Filters applications by status. The options are Enabled or Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Include Date picker Filters applications by registration date in the system.

Report fields

  • Name.
  • Include.
  • Version.
  • Status.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To move to the next page, use the pagination buttons at the end of the report.
