How to manage personal groups

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Sharing center > Personal groups.

Add a personal group

To add a personal group in MySafe, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Add in the upper-right corner of the Personal groups screen.

  2. On the Add personal group screen, fill in:

    Alert!

    Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

  3. Settings tab:

    1. Name*: name to identify the personal group.
      2. Status*: enable or disable the status of the group.
      3. Allow members to view this group*: define whether the group will be visible to members.
      4. Description: general information about the personal group.

    2. Users tab:

      1. Click Add to open the System users modal.
      2. Search for users in the search bar.
      3. Click the checkboxes for the desired users.
      4. Click Add.
    3. Review tab:

      1. Review the settings.
      2. Click Save or Back to change any settings.

Edit personal group

To edit the information of a personal group in MySafe, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Personal groups screen, identify the desired personal group or use the search filters.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Edit personal group.
  3. On the Add personal groups screen, make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save.

Disable personal group

To disable a personal group in MySafe, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Personal groups screen, locate the desired personal group or use the search filters.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Edit personal group.
  3. On the Add personal groups screen, go to the Settings tab.
  4. Toggle off the Status button.
  5. Click Save.

Enable personal group

To enable a personal group in MySafe, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Personal groups screen, locate the desired personal group or use the search filters.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Edit personal group.
  3. On the Add personal groups screen, go to the Settings tab.
  4. Toggle on the Status button.
  5. Click Save.
