This document provides information about the Credentials under my custody report screen which displays all the credentials under the user’s custody.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Credentials > My custody.
Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |

Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters the credentials by their identification code within senhasegura. |
Credential type | Dropdown menu | Filters the credentials by their type. The options are Domain user, Local administrator, Local User, and SSH key. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Device | Text field | Filters the credentials by the device to which the credential belongs. |
Username | Text field | Filters the credentials by the registered credential’s username. |
Additional information | Text field | Filters the credentials by the registered additional information. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the credentials by their situation. The options are Enabled and **Disabled. ** Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Username.
- Additional information.
- Credential type.
- Expiration date: date and time when the credential will expire.
- Last change: date and time of the last change in the credential’s custody.
- Begin of custody: date and time when the credential was first placed under custody.
- Last view: date and time the credential was last viewed.
- Duration: the duration of the last credential view.
- Status.
- Actions:
- Release password custody: opens a confirmation pop-up window with the options Yes and No for releasing the credential's custody, allowing other users to take it.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
