This document provides information about the Device Connectivity Test report screen, which displays the connectivity tests of imported devices and indicates whether they are connected.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Devices > Connectivity Test.

Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Date | Date picker | Filters the attempts by the period in which the attempts were made. |
Device | Text field | Filters by device type. |
Connectivity | Dropdown menu | Filters by the connectivity protocol of the device. |
Connectable | Dropdown menu | Filters devices based on their connection status, either connected or not. Options are Active and Inactive. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- Date.
- Device.
- Port.
- Connectivity.
- Result: displays the connection result. Options are Success and Unknown Error.
- Connectable: displays the device's connection status. Options are Yes and No.
- Message: displays a message with information about the import status. Options are Connected successfully and Unknown Error.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
