How to add a new reason for viewing

This document provides information about a step-by-step guide on how to register reasons used by the user when justifying viewing and accessing a credential.

Requirements

• Be an admin user.

Register reason

1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
2. In the side menu, select Access control > Access reasons.
3. In the upper right corner, on the actions menu, click Add.
4. In the Reasons for viewing screen, fill in the required fields.
   1. Name*: name of the reason to be registered.
   2. Status*: activation reason status.
5. Click Save.

The system displays a message confirming the registration of the reason. The reasons are now available for the user to use in their justification for viewing or accessing a remote session.
