This document provides information about a step-by-step process on how to unblock a user.
Requirements
- Be an admin user.
Unblock a user
- On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Sessions > Blocked users.
- On the list, choose the user that you want to unblock.
- At the Actions column, click on Actions button and select Block/Release interactivity.
- At the confirmation box, click Yes to confirm the action.
A message will be displayed “Interactivity restored. User may interact with the session!”. The block entry is removed from the active block list.
To find the registers from the previously unblocked users, go to the Status field and select Disabled. On the list will be displayed all the unblocked users.
