This document provides information about the report screen Request details, which displays the details of the request to access a session video.

Path to access

  1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select PAM Core.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control > Audited commands:
    1. My execution requests.
    2. My execution approvals.
    3. Requests.
  3. In the Actions column, click the Actions button and select Details.

or

  1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control:
    1. My pending requests.
    2. My pending approvals.
  3. In the Actions column, click the Actions button and select Details.

Main section

Item Description
Requester Displays the user's name, the operation requested, and the request’s status.
ID Displays the request code.
Access group Displays the access group the user belongs to.
Requested in Displays the date and time of the request.
Expiration Displays the date and time the request will be available for approval before it expires.
Approvals Displays the number of approvals required.
Disapprovals Displays the number of necessary rejections.

Responses section

Displays the lits with the approvers, their levels, and their responses to the request.

Item Description
Approver Displays the name of approvers available for request.
Level Displays the approver level.
Response Displays the answer given by the approver in the request.
Date Displays the date and time the response was given.
Justification Displays the justification given by the approver.

Justification Section

Displays the reason given by the user to access the session video.

Item Description
Governance ID Displays the identification code for ITSM (IT Service Management) software.
Reason Displays the reason the user needs access. Text with the justification given by the user.

Request Details Section

Displays additional information for the session in which the video is being requested.

Item Description
Command Command that the user wants to execute.
Justification Justification for execution.
Type Type of access.
Device Device where the command will be executed.
Start Access Date and time when the execution is allowed.
Access end Date and time when the execution is ended.

Action buttons

These buttons are only available for users who have the approver role.

Item Description
Approve request Button to approve the request.
Disapprove request Button to reject the request.
