This document provides information about the Access policies review and certification report screen, which shows the PAM Core access groups list that needs to be reviewed.
At every 90 days, the access group is added to this list, so the platform administrator can review the group's information.

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
  2. In the side menu, select Management > Audit > Access policies review and certification.

Search Fields

IDText fieldFilters by the identification number of the access group registration order.
Group nameText fieldFilters by the name given to the access group.

ReviewerText fieldFilters by the name of the user who performed the review.
Last ReviewDate pickerDate and time of the last revision of the access group.
Review ExpirationDate pickerDate and time the group review will expire.
StatusDropdown menuFilters the groups by their activation state. The options are Enabled and Disable. Clear the field to enable the option All.
StatusDropdown menuFilters the revisions by their situation. The options are Reviewed and Review pending. Clear the field to enable the option All.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Group name.
  • Type.
  • Created by.
  • Reviewer.
  • Last Review.
  • Review Expiration.
  • Status.
  • Status.
  • Actions:
    • Review: opens the Access Group Review screen with a text field for description (optional). Click Review to confirm the action.

Once a group has been reviewed, the Status field changes to reviewed. The group will have its status automatically changed to Pending Review within 90 (ninety) days for a new review.

Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
