Access control

This document provides information about the Access control report screen, which displays all events that occurred in the selected history record.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select Access to the system > Access History.
  3. In the record list, in the Actions column > Actions button > List Events.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options to Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters records by their identification code within Segura.
Name Text field Filters by the name of the user registered in Segura.
Type Dropdown menu Filters by the type of access performed. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Date/Time Date picker Filters by the period to be searched.
IP Text field Filters by the access IP.
System Text field Filters by the system.
Country Dropdown menu Filters by the country of access origin. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Region Dropdown menu Filters by the region of the country. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Operating System Text field Filters by the operating system.
Browser Text field Filters by the browser.
Browser version Text field Filters by the browser version.

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Type.
  • Description.
  • Date/Time.
  • IP.
  • Adapter.
  • System.
  • Country.
  • Region.
  • Operating system.
  • Browser.
  • Browser version.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
