This document provides information about the Schedule report form screen for registering or editing a report schedule.

Path to access

In any Segura module, you can register a report schedule through the Actions menu option.

  1. On the chosen report screen, click the Actions > Schedule Report menu.

Details tab

This section provides the main information for registering a report schedule.

Attention

The module that triggered the form screen automatically fills the Reports* field when you click the add button.

Item Type Required Description
Name* Text field Yes Schedule registration name.
Enabled* Toggle button Yes Schedule activation status.
Format* Dropdown menu Yes Type of format the data will be saved in.
Shared drive Text field No Shared drive address where the report will be shared.
Reports* Table Yes Menu, Title, Added by, and Added on

Users tab

This section provides information on users registered to receive the report.

Info

The user will only receive reports and data that they can access with their profile and access group.

Item Type Required Description
Add Button Yes Button that opens the modal with the users registered in Segura.
Contacts* Table Yes Data of each user who will receive the report, containing the fields ID, Name, Username, E-mail, and Department.

Schedule tab

This section provides information about the scheduling periodicity.

Item Type Required Description
Interval Date Selector Yes Separated into two fields of Start and End to select the scheduling interval.
Sending days Checkbox No Select the days of the week that the report will be sent to users.
Sending time Time picker No Select the time that the report will be sent to users.

Review tab

This section has the data added in the previous steps so it can be analyzed and changed before finalizing the registration. Each tab groups the information accordingly.
