Bulk operation tasks

This document provides information about the Bulk operation tasks report screen, which displays tasks that occurred in each batch operation.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
  2. In the side menu, select Events > Bulk operations.
  3. In the list of records, in the Actions button, select Bulk operation tasks.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays options to Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters by task identification code.
Entity ID Text field Filters by entity code.
Status Dropdown menu Filters by task approval status. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Priority Dropdown menu Filters by task priority level. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Start date Date picker Filters by task start period.
End date Date picker Filters by task end period.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Action.
  • Entity ID.
  • Status.
  • Priority.
  • Start date.
  • End date.
  • Actions:
    • Details: opens the Automation screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.


Automation screen

Item Description
ID Numeric identifier of the automation.
Action Type of action performed in the automation.
Status Current status of the automation.
Entity ID Numeric identifier of the entity.
Entity name Registration name of the entity.
Start date Date and time of the start of the automation.
End date Date and time of the end of the automation.
Messages Details about the purpose and operation of the automation.

The last item on this screen is variable and will be presented according to the change that occurred during the automation, showing the information in the From/To pattern. If there is no information change, “No parameter were changed in this execution” will be displayed.
