User Departments

This document provides information about the Departments report screen, which displays details about user departments.

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select User management > Departments.

Search Fields

ItemTypeDescription
NewButtonDirects to the Department screen to create a new department.
ActionsDropdown menuDisplays the options Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report.

To view all search fields, click More.

ItemTypeDescription
NameText fieldFilters departments by their name within senhasegura.
ResponsibleText fieldFilters by the name of the user responsible for the department.
EnabledDropdown menuFilters departments by their activation state in senhasegura.

Report fields

  • ID: the department identification code within senhasegura.
  • Name.
  • Responsible.
  • Enabled.
  • Actions:
    • Edit: opens the Department screen in edit mode.
    • Delete: disables the department.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

This section provides information about the Departments screen.

StatusRadio buttonYesDepartment status. The options are Enable and Disable.
ResponsibleDropdown menuNoSelects the user responsible for the department. Note: the assignee can be added as an approver in the user groups.
