This document provides information about the Request history screen in the Reports menu, which allows users to view and manage historical access requests in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Requests > Request history.

Report fields
- ID.
- Operation.

- Request on: =date and time when the request was made.

- Expiration: =expiration date of the request, if applicable.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Request details screen
This document provides information about the access request, including its status, justifications, and approval history.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Requests > Request history.
- In the selected record, click the Actions button and select Details.
