This document provides information about the Request information screen in the Reports menu, which tracks and manages certificate request details in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Reports > Requests > Request information.
Actions menu

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters the requests by the ID. |
Name | Text field | Filters the requests by their identification name. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the requests by their status. The options are: Generating, Generated, Signature requested, Request approved, Request rejected, Waiting signature, Signed, Error signing, Cancelled, Waiting edition, Error generating CSR, Error generating the key, and Awaiting processing. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Responsible | Text field | Filters the certificate by the responsible user. |
Project | Text field | Filters products by the name of the certificate project. |
Request date | Date picker | Filters the access requests by the request date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Organization: name of the organization.
- Environment: where the certificate is applied.
- Project.
- Responsible.
- Status.
- Requester: user who submitted the request.
- Request date.
- Actions:
- Requisition: opens the SSL/TLS requests report screen.
- Certificate: opens the Certificate information screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
