How to download the CSR and key

This article explains how to download the information of a CSR (Certificate Signing Request).

Requirements

  • In the Settings of the Certificate Manager's access group, enable the fields:
    • User can download the request
    • User can download the key

Download the CSR and key

To download the information, follow these steps:

  1. In the top left corner, click Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares icon, and then select Certificate Manager.
  2. On the side menu, select Certificates and then Requests.
  3. Locate the desired request.
  4. In the corresponding Action column, select View request (the magnifying glass icon).
  5. In the bottom right corner of the Request details page, click Download key and Download CSR. Both buttons will prompt a confirmation message.
  6. Click Yes to confirm the download.
