This document provides information on how to download the information of a CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
Requirements
- A user in an access policy with the following download settings:
- User can download the request
- User can download the key

Download the CSR and key
To download the information, see the following steps:
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS.
- In the desired request, click Actions > View request.
- In the bottom of the Requests screen, click Download key and Download CSR. Both buttons will prompt a confirmation message.
- Click Yes to confirm the download.
