Certificates should be revoked whenever there is a legitimate reason to believe that they are no longer safe to use. This could be due to certificate compromise, changes in the status of the certified entity, private key, or certification policy.
This article explains how to revoke a certificate.
Requirements
- Only certificates with a request generated from the senhasegura platform and already signed. Enable the search fields below to filter certificates with these specifications:
- Origin: select Request.
- Status: select Valid.
Revoke a certificate
To revoke a certificate, follow these steps:
- In the top left corner, click Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares icon, and then select Certificate Manager.
- On the side menu, select Certificates and then Certificates.
- Locate the certificate you want to revoke.
- In the corresponding Action column, click on the three vertical dots icon.
- Select Revoke certificate.
- Click Yes to confirm the revocation.
