This document provides information about the SSL/TLS for Cloud screen in the Requests menu, which allows users to manage and track cloud certificate requests in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS for Cloud.
Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |

Add | Button | Directs to the Add request screen. |
Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

ID | Text field | Filters the requests by the ID. |
AWS account | Text field | Filters the request by the AWS account. |
Region | Dropdown menu | Filters the request by the AWS account's region. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
CA | Text field | Filters the request by the Certificate authority. |
Domain name | Text field | Filters the request by the added domain to the request. |
Additional names | Text field | Filters the request by other names added to the request. |
Tags and values | Text field | Filters the request by the tags and values added to the request. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters access requests by their status. The options are: Generating, Signature requested, Request approved, Request rejected, and Waiting signature. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Requester | Text field | Filters the access request by the requester. |
Request date | Date picker | Filters the access requests by the request date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
Report fields
- ID.
- AWS account.
- Region.
- Certificate authority.
- Domain name.

- Actions:
- Edit: open the Edit request screen to make the necessary changes.
- Request signature: opens the Request signature screen.
- Details: opens the Requests details report screen.
- Cancel request: confirms request cancellation. Visible only if the request needs signing.
- Clone request: make an exact copy of the record to be cloned, on the confirmation screen, click Yes to confirm the action.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Add/Edit request screens

- In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS for Cloud, and click Add.

Request signature screen
This document provides information about the fields required to request the signature of a certificate.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS for Cloud.
- In the selected record, click in Actions button, and select Request signature.

Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS for Cloud.
- In the selected record, in the Actions column, click on Details.
Requests section
Item | Description |

Certificate Authority (CA) | Displays the certificate authority responsible for issuing the certificate. |
Status | Displays the validation status of the request. |
Instructions for validation by DNS zone section

Validation domain | Displays the domain used in the validation process. |
Type | Displays the required DNS record type for validation. |
