This document provides information about the Publishing status report screen, which shows the status of each publishing.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Publishing > Publishing status.
Actions menu

Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters the certificates by the ID. |
| Plugin | Dropdown menu | Filters the publications by plugin. Select one or more of the plugins available in the current report. |
| Profile name | Text field | Filters the publications by the name of the publishing profile. Accepts partial matches. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the publications by status. The options are: Executing, Processed, or Error. |
| Created by | Text field | Filters the certificates by the user who published the certificate. |
| Creation date | Date picker | Filters the certificates by publishing date. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Certificate: name of the certificate.
- Plugin: type of plugin used in the publication (for example, F5 Big-IP, Nginx, or IIS). Displays — when the publication has no associated publishing profile.
- Profile name: name of the publishing profile associated with the publication. Displays — when the publication has no associated publishing profile.
- Devices: number of devices that received the published certificate.
- Keystore: keystore of the certificate.
- Creation date.
- Created by.
- Status: status of the publication. If the publication had an error, this field displays Error, regardless of its processing state. Otherwise, it displays Processed if the publishing process finished, or Executing if it's still in progress.
- Actions:
- View operations: opens the Operations report screen.
Info
- Long values in the Plugin and Profile name columns are truncated with an ellipsis (…). Hover over a truncated value to see it in full.
- By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Operations screen
This tab provides information about the Operations report screen, which shows the devices associated with the selected certificate.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Publishing > Publishing status
- Select one certificate and click Actions > View operations.

Search fields

| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters all operations by the status. The options are: Scheduled, In execution, Successfully completed, Error, Cancelled, Waiting approval, and Expired. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Hostname.
- IP.
- Status.
- Result: displays the log message.
- Actions:
- View details: opens the All operations report screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
