How to edit your profile

This document provides information on how to edit your profile. You can change specific information like your personal information, and password.

How to edit personal information

To edit your personal information, see the following steps:

1. Access Cloud Security.
2. Click the User menu icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
4. In the Settings menu, click Account.
5. In the Name * field, enter or update your name.
6. In the Last name * field, enter or update your last name.
7. Click Save.

How to change your password

To change your password, see the following steps:

1. Access Cloud Security.
2. Click the User menu icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
4. In the Settings menu, click Security.
5. Click the Change password button. Cloud Security will send an email to the email address associated with your account.
6. Find the email sent by Cloud Security and click the Verify Account button to open a new page.
7. In the new page, click the Click here to proceed button.
8. Enter your new password.

   Your new password must have at least 12 characters, one upper case letter, one special character, and one number. Ensure that this password is distinct from any you've used previously.

9. Confirm your new password.
10. Click Submit.

How to customize layout preferences

To set your layout preferences, see the following steps:

1. Access Cloud Security.
2. Click the User menu icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
4. In the Settings menu, click Layout preferences.
5. In the Theme color field, select the environment’s theme you want to use.
6. In the Alerts section, select the shortcuts you want to appear on the toolbar.
