This document provides information on how to manage your organization in Cloud Security. As an administrator of your organization, you are able to create tenants, add organization administrators, and monitor the multiple tenants within your organization.
Requirements
- You must be an organization administrator.
How to create a tenant
To create a tenant within an organization, see the following steps:
- Access Cloud Security.
- Click the User menu icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click Admin console.
- In the Organization settings section, click Tenants.
- Click the + Add tenant button.
- In the Tenant name * field, enter the tenant’s name.
- In the Administrator’s Email * field, enter the administrator’s email address.Info
When creating a new tenant, you have the option to designate your own email address as the tenant administrator.
- In the Tenant language field, select the tenant’s language.
- Click Add.
After completing these steps, the Tenants report will display the new tenant.
How to add an organization administrator
To add an organization administrator, see the following steps:
- Access Cloud Security.
- Click the User menu icon located on the top right corner of your screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click Admin console.
- In the Organization settings section, click Administrators.
- Click the + Add button.
- In the Administrator’s Email * field, enter the administrator’s email address.
- In the Tenant to add user field, select the tenant in which the user will be added to.
- Click the Add button.
The Organization Administrator report will show the new administrator.
