This document provides information about the Device credentials report screen, where it's possible to verify detailed data about discovered credentials, including privileged access, blocked status, device origin, and other operational properties.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu, and select Discovery.
- In the side menu, select Discoveries > Credentials.

Search fields
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Device | Text field | Filters credentials by the name of the device to which they are associated. |
| Username | Text field | Filters credentials by the registered username. |
| Privileged | Dropdown menu | Filters whether the credential has privileged access. Options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable All. |
| Blocked | Dropdown menu | Filters credentials by their blocked state. Options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable All. |
| Imported | Dropdown menu | Filters credentials by their origin. Options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable All. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters credentials by their current status. Options are: Enabled or Disabled. Clear the field to enable All. |
| Date of importation | Date picker | Filters credentials by the date they were imported. |
| Discovery | Dropdown menu | Filters credentials based on the name of the discovery process in which they were identified. Clear the field to enable the All option |
Report fields
- ID: displays the credential by its unique identifier.
- Device.
- Username.
- Instance: displays the name of the instance linked to the credential.
- Last change: displays the date of the last password change for the credential.
- Privileged.
- Blocked.
- Last access: displays the date of the last use of the credential to access the device.
- Last search: displays the date of the last discovery execution in which the credential was identified.
- Imported.
- Date of importation.
- Date of creation: displays the date the credential was created in the system.
- Date of update: displays the date of the last update to the credential data.
- Date of inactivation: displays the date when the credential was deactivated in the system.
- Discovery.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
