In this document, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to add access reasons.
Prerequisites
- An admin user.
Add access reason
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
- In the side menu, select Access control > Access reasons
- In the bottom-right corner, click on Add.
- In the Add access reason screen, fill in the required fields represented with an asterisk.
- Name*: name of the reason to be registered.
- Enable: reason status, select from Yes and No.
- Click Save.
The system displays a message confirming the registration of the reason.
