In this article, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to add reasons to use in a access.
Requirements
- Be an admin user.
Register reason
- On the senhasegura platform, in the top left corner, click on the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Domum Remote Access.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Access control > Access reasons
- In the upper right corner, click on the icon represented by the three vertical dots and select + New.
- In the New access reason window, fill in the required fields represented with an asterisk.
- Name*: name of the reason to be registered.
- Enable: reason status, select from Yes and No.
- Click Save.
The system displays a message confirming the registration of the reason.
