This document provides information about the Inbox report, which presents information about the emails received in an IMAP or POP3 account.
Path to access
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Email > Inbox.
Actions Menu

| POP3 Account | Button | Directs to the IMAP Configuration / POP3 window for a new IMAP/POP3 account to be registered. |
| Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options for Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report. |
Search Fields

To view all search fields, click More.

| ID | Text field | Filters by the message identification code in Segura®. |
| Subject | Text field | Filters by the subject of the email. |
| From | Text field | Filters by the sender of the email. |
| To | Text field | Filters by the recipient of the email. |
| Account | Dropdown menu | Filters by the shipping account. |
| Date/Time | Date picker | Filters by the selected period. |

- Read email: opens the Email window with the information of the email that was sent.
- Delete: deletes the notification.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
