This document provides information about the Directory and file scan, which displays information about scan policies configured and registered in the EPM module.
Access Path
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select EPM.
- In the side menu, select Policies > Windows Addons > Directory and file scan.
Actions Menu

| Add | Button | Redirects to the Segregation screen. |
| Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search Fields
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Code | Text field | Filters records by code. |
| Type | Dropdown menu | Filters records by the type of segregation. The options are General or Device. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Include | Date picker | Filters by the policy inclusion date. |
| Inclusion User | Text field | Filters by the user responsible for inclusion. |
| Change date | Date picker | Filters by the last change date. |
| User of Change | Text field | Filters by the user responsible for the last change. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters records by the policy status. The options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |

- Actions:
- Edit: opens the Directory and file scan screen to to apply the required changes. Only the access policy type selected during the addition process can be edited.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
